The 2020 and 2021 Annual Meetings of Stockholders will now be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 beginning at 1 pm (Eastern Time).
In addition, the Company has received an extension from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) with respect to the holding of the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting until May 25, 2021, and at this time remains in compliance with Nasdaq listing standards.
